Right of Withdrawal from the Contract

In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

The return period begins the day after you receive the product.

You must clearly notify us of your decision by email at info@kairoon.eu no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

Return Process

After canceling the contract, you must return the product within 14 days from the date you notified us of the cancellation.

The product must be:

• undamaged,

• unused

• in the original quantity,

• in original packaging, if possible.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of use or damage caused by you.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except if the product is:

• damaged,
  
• incorrect,
• does not match the order.

In these cases, we cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Policy

We will refund your purchase no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice or the returned product.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for your purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Returns and Defects

In case of:

• damaged product,
• wrong product,
• or suspects a genuine defect,

Please contact us immediately upon receiving the product at our email address info@kairoon.eu and include photos.

We will process complaints as quickly as possible and offer you an appropriate solution (replacement, refund, or another agreed option).

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases specified by law (e.g., for products that have been custom-made or personalized).
