Order Processing
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, usually within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
In case of a high volume of orders or exceptional circumstances, processing times may be extended, and we will notify you if necessary.
Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping depends on the destination country and logistics partners.
Slovenia and EU: approximately 7–21 business days
In some cases, delivery may take longer due to increased demand, holidays, or logistical delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order.
The final shipping cost depends on:
- destinations,
- package weight or size,
- selected shipping method
Shipping and Liability
After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details, if available.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we will do our best to assist with any issues that may arise.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipment
If you receive:
- damaged product,
- wrong product,
- or an incomplete order
please contact us at info@kairoon.eu immediately upon receiving your shipment and include photos. In such cases, we will cover the costs of reshipping or returns.
Return Shipping Costs
In case of contract withdrawal, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in the following cases: wrong product, or damaged item.
