These General Terms and Conditions govern the operation of the Kairoon online store, user and customer rights, and the terms of remote purchase in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union.
The online store operates on the website: kairoon.eu (hereinafter referred to as the online store).

1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions constitute a contract between the provider and the customer, concluded remotely in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the Electronic Commerce Act (ZEPT), the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-2), and EU regulations.
By using this online store, the visitor confirms that they understand, accept, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in these General Terms.
The terms and conditions are always available on the website and are clearly presented to the customer before the contract is concluded.
2. DEFINITIONS
Visitor: a person who visits the online store.
User: a person who uses the online store, including without registration.
Customer: a user who completes a purchase.
Supplier: Kairoon, online store, Manja Weingerl s.p.
Fabric / product: item from the online store selection.
Distance contract: an agreement concluded online.
Order: purchase confirmed by the customer.
3. VALIDITY AND AMENDMENTS OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The version of the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time the order is placed shall always apply to the customer. The provider may modify or update the Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect on the date they are published on the website.
4. INFORMATION ACCESSIBILITY
The seller commits to always provide the customer with the following information:

– contact information
– essential product feature information
– prices and taxes
– delivery terms
– return policy
– Warranties and material defects
– complaint procedures
5. ORDER AND CONTRACT AGREEMENT
The contract between the buyer and the seller is concluded the moment the buyer receives the electronic order confirmation.
Before placing the order, the customer is able to:

The seller may contact the customer to confirm details or verify the order.
The provider reserves the right to refuse an order in cases of suspected abuse or incomplete information.
6. PRICES
Prices are in EUR and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are not included and will be calculated at checkout.
The provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
Prices are valid at the time the order is placed.

8. SHIPPING

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
The customer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

Returned items must be:
– unused
– undamaged
– in original packaging
– in the original quantity
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
The seller will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the notification, but may withhold the refund until the goods are received or proof of shipment is provided.
11. PRODUCT DISCREPANCIES AND RETURNS
Fabric is considered defective when:
– does not match the description
– does not have the advertised features
– contains an error
– was damaged during shipping
The customer must notify the seller of any discrepancies within 2 months of discovering the issue.
The seller will handle the complaint in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1) and will provide the customer with:
– repair
– replacement
– proportional reduction of the purchase price
– refund policy
12. COMPLAINTS AND ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Customers can send complaints to: info@kairoon.eu.
The provider strives to resolve disputes amicably.
Otherwise, the competent court of jurisdiction is in Slovenia.
13. LIABILITY
The provider strives to keep information accurate and up to date, but technical or other errors may occur. In such cases, the provider will notify the customer and allow order cancellation.
14. FINAL PROVISIONS
The legal relationships are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia and EU law.
