Is this kit suitable for complete beginners with no embroidery experience?

Yes. The kit is designed to be suitable for complete beginners. The pattern is already printed on the fabric, so simply follow the lines and gradually fill in the design.

Do I need any additional tools?

No. The kit includes the essential tools and materials you need to start practising embroidery, including the embroidery hoop, pre-printed fabric, colorful floss and needle.

How long does it take to complete the embroidery?

This depends on the chosen design and your pace. Most customers complete the project in a few hours of relaxed embroidery, often spread over several evenings.

Why are the instructions only available in English?

Kairoon is still a small, one-person business, and I'm constantly working on improving both the products and the shopping experience. My goal is to gradually translate all instructions into additional languages and make Kairoon even more accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

When can I expect my order?

All products are currently in stock and ready to ship from Slovenia. Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days, depending on the day your order is placed.

Once your order has been handed over to our delivery partner, you'll receive shipping confirmation and tracking information by email.

Can I return the product?

Yes. You can return the product within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, in accordance with consumer protection laws.

Return Policy:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

All parts, accessories, and any instructions must be included.

The product must show no signs of use.

Return Process:

Please contact us at info@kairoon.eu before returning your order.

Upon receiving your message, we will provide you with further instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund your purchase within 14 days, using the same payment method originally used.
